The sales people are very helpful with any information you need! They have all of your products that will fit what needs to be purchased for our business (computer hardware & software).

I like their customer support team as well because they really seem interested about helping us out when we do not know how something works or if it's best suited towards my situation/needs at this time. Sometimes there can sometimes take awhile before getting through but once i get connected everything seems fine after speaking directly w them regarding questions / issues etc.. Nothing so far!! We just bought new computers last week which were installed immediately by one person who was able assist me from start-to finish until completion - no problems here other than having some minor technical difficulties during installation due too lack o knowledge however he quickly helped resolve those without hesitation.
