I got my tree a day or two ago, just tried my new Bolylight tree and it's not working. I used new batteries, I thought they might be the problem so I used new batteries I bought yesterday but they still don't work. I will be contacting customer service today, the wood tag says "We will do our best to make sure you are COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase!" You are guaranteed to be happy! If they don't give me a working tree by December 24th, I can guarantee I won't be happy. Stay tuned and I will adjust my review accordingly. At the moment, a star is only based on the appearance of the tree. UPDATE: Bolylight White Birch Tree 1.5 ft customer service was great to work with. They were quick to respond to emails, made me an offer to light the tree, but unfortunately it still didn't work out. The tree itself is very beautiful and exactly what I wanted. They were sold out otherwise my broken Christmas tree would have been replaced. I received a full refund for the cost of the tree. I give the white 1.5 inch tree a 4 because it was really good, you can arrange the branches however you like and the cooperation with customer service was very good. Besides, it is well packed and doesn't take up much space. The 5th star would have been given if the tree had worked.
