1) I have been using it for several months - I still haven’t broken the clothespin, so I don’t agree that this is a design problem 2) the sound is decent, maybe not top for people with good hearing, but listening to music on the way to work is quite good 3) different ear pads are included, if the installed ones do not fit, I myself go to standard ones 4) sometimes it doesn’t connect automatically when you turn it on to the phone - for myself I don’t see a problem sometimes go in and poke on the connection in the settings
