the plug keeps falling off the clock

Unfortunately one of the plugs to the clock keeps falling off - not under load and not under load. As a result, my Fitbit falls off my wrist. I was lucky that I wasn't cycling at the time, otherwise I probably would have lost my device. I will try another brand.
