I originally got these gloves, but the small/medium ones were too small. I sent the gloves back and ordered the large/extra large separately, but unfortunately Revain sent me small/medium gloves again. Before I could return the gloves, I received an email directly from Kohby, specifically from Karen Hackenberg, an account manager. I sent her my sad story and she told me to send her the gloves back and she would send me the correct size Large/Extra Large and again before I could return the wrong size gloves Karen gave me the right Large/Extra Large . I also got two cookbooks. I have never seen such outstanding customer service from any company and Karen in particular. I'm in total shock. Oh yes I finally got the chance to use gloves and to my surprise not only does the company have great customer service they also have a great product. The gloves worked as advertised. They were easy to use and kept my hands totally secure. The bulges on the gloves protected and held pots and glassware well.
