I wanted a simple battery voltage meter for our popup camper and this little guy was perfect for all the needs. I drilled a 1 1/4" hole in the chipboard next to the power converter and then used a couple of taps to splice the stranded white and black wires. The voltmeter comes with spade terminals perfect for the 14 gauge I use. are wire.After installing the cylinder in the chipboard I drilled two pilot holes for the faceplate and secured them with the screws provided.Overall the installation was easy.and the meter works great.The voltage reads the same as my DMM so it is I am happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants a simple, easy to install meter.
