We bought this for our family to charge their iPads/phones and it has worked great. Besides, it looks beautiful. One of the "dividers" broke due to the iPad case, but was easy enough to glue back together. I blame the coincidence, not the product. But four months later (bought at the end of November, died at the end of March), the two rear charging ports (heavy-duty "ipads") just died. Nothing from them. The front three ports still work, but we need more than three ports AND we need the high bandwidth ones. While they worked it was SUPER POWERFUL. If it keeps working I would absolutely recommend it. But if he only works four months before he dies, then he's not worth his money. Chip. EDIT - Moved from 1 star to 5 stars due to customer support. The company contacted me and they were very friendly and helpful. They offered to either refund the money or send a new one. I gave them the choice because I was happy with every solution. You give my money back. I'm assuming my broken one was an accident and they definitely fixed the problem. Thank you!
