Even if it doesn't say it, they still leave marks on my baby's head, although they are very cute and stretchy enough to fit my almost 3- year old child and she also has a smaller head. The star headband came off the first time my daughter put it on. I think I can fix this with glue but wish it was glued properly so I don't have to fiddle with it. Overall I think the price is good and the headbands are really pretty, they have enough different styles for my girls.
