Review on Sennheiser GSP 302 Gaming Headset: Noise-Cancelling Mic, Flip-to-Mute, Memory Foam Pads, for PC, Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Smartphones by Jongkol Amphaiphit ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed at how well made the product is, just magical!

Bought for games and video communication, they are quite suitable for their tasks. They sound good (not great), none of the interlocutors complain about the quality of the microphone. I bought it at a discount for 4800, for this price - a very decent headset, not shaky, although there is a first impression of "fragility". The sound level adjustment wheel on the right "ear" takes some getting used to. I set the build quality to 4, because it's not 5. It's a pity that there is no 4.5 option, the same with sound quality. For games, it’s probably just that there are a little more low frequencies than on ordinary headphones right now, high frequencies are the usual “sennheiser ones”.

Pros
  • The frequency range of the microphone, turning off the microphone by raising it, an adapter from a microphone + headphones to a 4pin jack, large ear pads, a decent supply of cable are included. The microphone can be lowered below the level of the mouth, and the “blowing” from breathing disappears. The headset is light and comfortable;
Cons
  • As in all inexpensive (not "cheap", but inexpensive) headphones and headsets with a closed architecture, the ears sweat a little, but not in the same way as in the AKG271. The cable did not straighten out for a week, apparently, the material of the braid has a "memory". When I turn off the microphone on my default audio card (Realtek HD), there is a short hiss.
