This product is NOTHING like the picture. It doesn't have a button on the front, it's TOO BIG and I'm falling off it! Its shape is really strange. It doesn't even look like anything, it's very long on one side and very short in the back, but falls off my shoulders. I recommended the product on September 12th. Due to a busy work schedule I didn't respond in time, I tried to return but I guess the website said the return window was closed on October 13th. 🤔. Really disappointed.
