Review on Rockport Slip Casual Loafer Tan 11.5: Classic Comfort for Men's Everyday Style by Aaron Ali

Uncomfortable, stiff, tight

My last pair of shoes are Rockports and I felt like walking on air in them. Of course, Rockport discontinued this model, so I went in search of a similar one. I thought I found it in those flip flops but I was wrong. These shoes are difficult to put on. The "mouth" is too small and narrow and doesn't curve very well. The back of the shoe is too high and constantly irritates the Achilles tendon area. The whole boot is as hard as a board; My old Rockports were practically flexible and so comfortable. I don't feel that way about them. These shoes have an adiprene heel which gives them a little but little to no "bounce" off the heel. My old shoes had wonderful heels, soft, comfortable and supportive. Because of these shoes, I constantly hurt the top of the foot, especially the left one. They fit well enough from front to back; The fact is that the area of the tongue is so compressed that it limits movement and practically limits blood flow. I have to take them off a few times a day to let my feet breathe. I think my next purchase will be a shoe tree. I am very disappointed in this shoe. This made me want to never buy work shoes online again.
