The main benefit of using this software for us was to have one place that we could go when having issues with our testing process or even just wanting some help from someone who has more experience than I do! It's not often it happens but sometimes they are slow at responding which makes working within their system difficult - especially if there isn't much going wrong right now (which seems like most days). When things seem fine then everything clicks into gear again so no big deal really as long its something i need fixed urgently anyway rather them doing anything else first!! We use practitest mainly because 1) They give me access remotely via my phone2.) Their customer service department answers questions quickly3.). You get used very easily4., Its free5.. There wasn’t too many downfalls though maybe better tutorials would be nice? For example how best ways people should learn.
