Fits my nipple but not areola

I got these to fit with my Medela pump since it came with 22mm flanges. These 19mm flanges are basic and do the job. Only complaint is the size of the plastic surrounding the tube for nipple. they're so small they don't cover my areola and if I move wrong they leak. Might be user error but it always happens on the boob I use these flanges for. My other has a larger flange.
