It allows me to pull in all of my customer information from multiple systems into one place so I don't have to go back & forth between different interfaces or apps anymore! This makes it much easier for customers too - as they can see everything at once instead of having to navigate through several screens/apps etc when looking up something specific about their account with us (or someone else).
The ability to filter things down by status would be nice but this isn’t an issue yet because we only need certain fields pulled over time anyway. If you're trying to consolidate your CRM info then definitely try out LoreIO; not just our own system either since there are other products like ours which do pretty similar functions already available online. We were previously using Salesforce where some aspects could get confusing if more than 1 person was logged onto the same app simultaneously e.g., searching.
