Decent heat jacket…. Needs a few improvements

I bought a large women’s. It’s a little baggy all around.Likes: warmth at arms, back, and upper abdomen. water resistant wore it in the rainDislikes : 5 hours on continuous low, pockets are heated. Not comfortable putting my phone into them. No other pocket available to place phone.
