I shave wet and usually use a DE razor. I decided to jump on the bandwagon and try a razor shave. I can't compare this to any other towel as I've only used this one so far. It came in a long box so it wasn't twisted or dished. The leather appears to be of good quality. The linen side is good too. So far my Dovo shave has been about 10-20 strokes on the flax side and 30-40 on the leather side. It takes some practice, but it's not rocket science. I just wish it had a handle on the edge that you hold instead of just grabbing at the end. So far, so good.
