This lumbar pillow can be adjusted, just take out some of the shell if it's too tight.
There are zippers inside and outside so you can remove the padding if it's too hard. It's just the right size for my chair at work. You can even (carefully) add essential oil to buckwheat for aromatherapy. I didn't bother too much with the exterior design/colors but this one doesn't show dirt and is more suited for the office. I love the support so far.
