The cover for this pillow is very nice, but the cover fits the pillow so snugly and the zipper doesn't stretch the full length of the pillow, so it can't be removed to wash! And the fit is so snug that even if I could take it off if it shrunk by even a fraction of a millimeter, I would never put it on again! do!

There are zippers inside and outside so you can remove the padding if it's too hard. It's just the right size for my chair at work. You can even (carefully) add essential oil to buckwheat for aromatherapy. I didn't bother too much with the exterior design/colors but this one doesn't show dirt and is more suited for the office. I love the support so far.

This pillow saves lives. I have a C-3 disc herniation. Lately I've had to sleep on my back with a rolled up bath towel under my neck. Couldn't even use my orthopedic pillow. I like that it's crowded. I only had to remove 1 cup of buckwheat to feel comfortable. Buckwheat has its own pocket, which is placed in the decorative lining; so that the other outer cover is washable. The pillow doesn't smell either.

This is a 3 inch roll pillow which is about 1/2 inch more than I need to keep my neck curved; so i thought it would be perfect.
