I've spent hundreds of dollars on various neck pillows and devices over the years. This pillow is by far the best! Great price and natural materials. something more natural, not man-made and not gassing. Stiffness is also required and the ability to change that stiffness to a softer one if needed. Size is also important - typical bolsters can be oversized, both in length (clunky, difficult to maneuver while sleeping) and in diameter (causing my neck to curve unnaturally, which causes or relieves pain). Can I find all these desires in 1? neck pad? And at an affordable price? YUP! I am very happy to report that the Edomi neck pillow has met ALL my needs and has actually significantly reduced my overall neck pain (!) since I received it a few days ago. And that too at a decent price. Holy cow! Buckwheat husk (discarded outer hull of edible buckwheat) filled with a plain zip-top muslin pillow (so you can remove excess husk if it's too hard for you). It is then wrapped in another outer cushion (color choice) with an invisible zipper that can be removed for washing. It's practical and functional. Also attractive! It works best! My general pain level (and moodiness!) has decreased, I can actually sleep better and more deeply, even an afternoon rest helps relieve pain and aggravation. An absolute win. FYI if it helps: I'm a 5ft female, average weight, C3 to C7 issues from previous injuries and MVA (whiplash), osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis. If any of these issues resonate, try this $20 neck pillow, it can put a smile on your face like mine did 😉 Highly recommend.
