1. Package: The outer shipping box was in near perfect condition. However, the inner (retail) box had significant damage on several sides and appeared to have been previously opened and then resealed. There was definitely NO damage during transport and the heater itself had no visible damage. Device connected and started. A LOUD fast clicking sound, like a fan blade hitting a case or something. If I push on the top of the heater's outer case just enough to flex the outer case (it's a thin plastic), the noise stops until I remove my hand. It looks like this unit was defective and someone else sent it back earlier before sending it to me? Heat output and fan performance are good for a cheap device of this size. I specifically wanted the unit NOT to have 1500w of power to avoid putting too much stress on the circuit when used with other items. A NOTICE. The underside of this unit gets VERY hot quickly during use, so I'd recommend wearing something non-flammable. Revain immediately approved the replacement, so we'll see how the second device looks. If he has the same problem I will refund the money and try another one. The replacement unit arrived quickly and has no noise issues like the first.
