This little dragon (they called him the alligator but he has horns on his head) came without instructions. It also came with a silicone ring or washer. I'm assuming the silicone ring fits the base of the kite. Will I carry him (the dragon) when I put the lid on the pot? I certainly wouldn't try to put it on when the pressure is building. I've only used it once in the Instant Pot and had to force it. There is a hole in the base. I don't know if they all come like this or mine is defective. I like the idea of a steamer. In any case, it's a nice little thing. The instructions wouldn't hurt.
