I use this device when conducting a Bible study for seniors. Some people forget their hearing aids and I lost my voice trying to communicate. This allows me to speak in my normal (quiet) voice and still be heard, which significantly reduces stress levels. The mic is good but I wish it was smaller (less visible) and had a longer cord or extensions so I could leave the amp on the table and move around a bit more without fear of knocking it over. It would also be helpful to calibrate the volume control so that I know what level it is at without risking setting it too high and thereby causing screams of feedback. I was told that the amplifier reproduced the good quality of my real voice.
