Review on Enhanced Gaming Experience with VoltEdge TX70 Wireless Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4 by Mark Jefferson

I bought this headset from Walmart a few days ago and was happy to finally get it to work with my PC as I haven't had a headset for a long time. Once I plugged it in, my computer loaded the drivers with no issues and everything looked great! The headset is comfortable and lightweight. I've included a YouTube video to celebrate my new headphones and. Waiting. Where's the sound? The headset was paired with a key. The light was on. Hm. Maybe it was my computer so I restarted it. No, same problem. In fact, I used every recommended headset to troubleshoot until I finally gave up. It won't work no matter how hard I try. I even emailed the support team and they still haven't responded even though the promised response time has passed. I am incredibly disappointed in this headset. This is the only headset I've ever had this issue with, leading me to believe it's the manufacturer's fault and Voltedge's terrible quality control. Whatever you're doing, stay away from this headset like the plague. This is a waste of money and the company won't help you if you have problems. DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET!
