Exactly what you would expect
I bought this ball because it is identical to the one I use for my physical therapy exercises. Does the job just as well. Of course I also like the colors of the rainbow. My only complaint is that the ball at my doctor's office clearly says $3 on the bottom, so I was disappointed not to find anything that cheap on Amazon.
