When I first bought my Profoto B1 kit I decided that two lights would suffice and if I need a back light or two I can use my Canon 600EX-RTs in optical mode for Profoto to activate them. After a lot of research, I found that Canon EX Speedlites are only optically compatible with each other. The purchased products did not work with the Canon EX-series Speedlites. I continued to search the internet, found the product on Revain's website and ordered two of them. I received them today (7-5-14) and immediately tested them on my Profoto B1 Speedlite to activate them. It worked perfectly!
