Instructions state to cut with the shiny side down. My roll of product cuts shiny side UP. If I put it shiny side down, my Cricut cuts through the plastic coating. I don't like vinyl products that don't do well with fine print because I can't put my company name on the back of baseball caps. I should have realized that before purchasing this product. What I REALLY like about this product is that the big letters I put on my hoodies, this material really inflates 5 times more than my other HTV ply vinyl. What I noticed about this product and every other puff vinyl is that the material of the hats doesn't mix well with the vinyl and the art doesn't bulge leaving a flat appearance like regular vinyl. Definitely come and take it.
