I have never purchased any of these products before so I cannot compare them to others. But I have to say that I've been having issues with my lymphatic system since I've been using the fat cavitation device. I bought it and used it successfully. It's a little strange to use at first, but I quickly figured out how to use all the curves it has for my whole body. It's smooth and feels good against my skin
