The platform is easy to use, has many features that are well-suited for our needs (such as analytics of customer data), it's very intuitive - I was able to learn how things work pretty quickly! There isn't anything in particular about this product; everything works great so far with no issues or complaints from my end at all. We've been using appeller since we started working together over 2 years ago now. It makes tracking leads much easier than before by providing us an online dashboard where customers can be monitored easily without having any technical knowledge required.
