I'm so disappointed! For $23 (which is pretty cheap if you've browsed this article), I guess it's not that bad. The material doesn't look really high quality and absolutely NO comfort features, I wouldn't call it a bad buy and if I didn't try to buy something for the trip, I could get by with it. But I read in the description of this product that it had comfortable straps and cushions which it doesn't have. .And that was a key feature for me when shopping. I'm sad that I waited for it to arrive only to find that I definitely wouldn't be able to take long hikes/travels with it. After wearing it around my apartment building with my pet in it for just a few minutes, I felt the base of the pack dig into my lower back and the straps offered absolutely no padding or support other than chest and belly buckles. The back of the backpack The backpack is just stiff and has no padding so it feels like a plank on your back. If you are only looking for a cheap backpack for small trips or trips to the vet, this is the right place for you. It doesn't fall apart or anything like that. and the zippers and stitching aren't crooked, so that's good in that sense. If you're looking for somewhere to walk around in, this isn't it.
