I'm getting about the same performance as a TT Toughfan 120 at 2000rpm. Both spin at about 1930rpm on my Peerless Assassin 120 heatsink. I've had on for more hoped as this fan should run at 2100rpm. Because it works about the same, runs just as quietly, and costs a lot less money, it's hard to complain about it. I assume these fans will spin faster without hindrance, but I doubt they'll ever hit 2100 RPM. Update: I put 3 of these fans in my case and they spin up to 2100rpm. I think over pressure of 3x P14 140 helps. I have to say they are not as quiet as the TT Toughfan 120 at full speed. I think they are quiet enough for my back room server. For the computer in my bedroom, I have to use a P12, which is slower but almost silent, and Toughfan fans on the heatsink.
