Review on Innocn 13.3-Inch Portable USB-C OLED Monitor - Editing Friendly with 60Hz and 1MS Refresh Rate for Mac and PC - Model 13K1F by Jose Lewis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great physical design with some technical features (UPDATED)

UPDATE: After I posted my initial review, Innocn contacted us to answer any questions/concerns about the product and encouraged me to test it again with more information. While it would be ideal if a single cable could supply all of the power needed to power the display at full brightness, after testing two other brands I found that it's actually a fairly unusual feature to have a second Cables to get an extra boost in brightness Models like the Asus Zenscreen only offer a low/medium brightness level with no option to add extra power/brightness with a second cable. This model can be used with a single cable for general office work at lower brightness levels, or by adding a second cable it becomes a powerful OLED display that can be used for photo/video work, which is not the case with many lower powers counterparts. Lots of ports on my MacBook: By providing a USB-C dongle with multiple outputs, I found I could use this monitor at full brightness (2 cables) without losing ports. this is an ad. The outer shell is incredibly thin, all metal/glass, with an attractive fit and finish almost on par with an Apple product. However, the internal technology leaves a lot to be desired. First off, the USB-C connector is split into two ports, one for data and the other for power. This is understandable when used with older laptops with legacy HDMI + USB ports that don't deliver enough power, but requires even when used with modern laptops with Thunderbolt 3/4 ports that can deliver over 100W per port this display two cables. work at full brightness. This will make your setup pretty messy and will take up most of your ports when used with a MacBook! Your shows can be so great but for me it's an Achilles heel and I'm sending my pad back.
