The screws are broken and the lever is bent

We bought this in awe as not many mounts have that much range of motion. We set up a 69 pound, 70 inch TV and after watching it for about 20 minutes we pulled it out, we went to push it back against the wall and the arm was fully bent. It says it can carry up to twice the weight - maybe it's better for much smaller TVs, but we'd strongly advise against anyone having a TV our size or even slightly smaller as they only have one arm to go around supporting the weight of the TV, the weight they advertise is really weird. After drilling and installing holes in our wall, we need to take everything off and go back and go with a stronger dual arm stand. PLUS the bolts they sent were weak and broke IN our wall! It was too good to be true. Very disappointed. :(
