Does not moisturize!
If I had known this conditioner wouldn't soften my dry color treated hair I would have saved myself $42! Damn. I was really looking forward to using this conditioner; I'm keeping it and will use it occasionally, but not as a regular conditioner. For this I will continue to use the Ion Color Defense Intensive Conditioner. Sign in, I'm disappointed with my order.
