I'll start with the box itself. It's made of thicker metal and looks very durable. The hinge of the lid is very secure and the weight of the lid is perfectly supported when the cables are taken out of the box. Although no instructions or a cut-out template were included, installation was easy: trace the box, cut a hole, and lower it. The socket comes with a metal box and a black socket. Although the quality of the socket was standard, we have replaced the socket with a higher quality tamper evident model as this box can be accessed by children. In our case we connected the socket through the GFCI since it is installed on the ground that the moped can hit or tip over. The 4 supplied XLR connectors are very good. They have solder terminals on the back for easy connection. The box came pre-installed with 4 XLR connectors but I needed a different configuration so I substituted two 6.35mm TRS connectors and one VGA connector. They fitted perfectly with threaded holes cut into the panel. four outlets and one outlet to add more if needed. Overall I give this box a very good rating. The build quality is excellent and it is very easy to install and reconfigure if necessary.
