High ratings so I decided to give it a try. First horse-drawn DOA found; smears the right side. cleaned printer; the same results. Remove and shake the ink cartridge as directed on the packaging. Same results. The 2nd horse transport was opened and correctly installed; The pressure is good, no streaks. I'm worried about the initial quality and how long the second one might take. Sent back for a refund. Installed old ink; perfect, although 2/3 are empty
