I bought this for my small business and used it for about a week. The plate itself looks good and is generally of high quality. The problem is how the hands of the clock are arranged. A brass nut goes into the hole on the sign, but it's slightly smaller than the hole and has already popped out because it doesn't hold anything in the hole except glue. This means that hand-tightening the bolt pulls the nut out of the hole. I'm currently trying to find a good solution so I can switch hands easily and not worry about prying the nut out of the shield.
