Digital painting has helped my hand cramps

I draw a lot on my iPad and started getting cramps. I got this to see if it would help alleviate this and it did. The only thing I don't like about it is that it slides up and down so I have to adjust it every time before using it. He doesn't move on me while I'm working, so that's fine, but he does.
