Cruella is cute! to my rating.
My 8 year old is tall so we bought her a 10 year size for her Cruella costume.
Beautiful dress, fits her well and has been washed well. It's nice to have a "suit" to change into!
- We needed a long black dress for her band's performance. This dress was the perfect size, comfortable, looks beautiful and is priced right!
- The material is not soft as described and has an odd sheen about it. He also works very little.
