I rarely write reviews but I am so disappointed in this bag I have to say something. I really wanted to like this lunch bag. I was so excited to get it and use it daily to take my lunch and snacks to work. I like vintage style and rustic style. As much as I want to love him, I just can't bring myself to ignore all of his flaws. I bought in brown. It looks very different live. It arrived with streaks and stains all over the canvas not visible in any of the pictures. Second, a very small amount of tea was poured in, which immediately spilled out through the bottom of the bag. I'm talking about DROPS of tea. I understand it's not made for ice, but it can't even take a few drops of spilled tea? Finally, and perhaps worst of all, is the strap buckle. I don't understand why they made the strap so short and flimsy! It can only be closed when fully lowered. If you have to pack a little more than the minimum, be prepared not to be able to zip it up, meaning you'll have to carry it in an awkward unfolded shape. I like the look, that's all. I will definitely come back and look for a similar style but with a better design.
