Pros: Great results, works on my hard-to-curl hair Cons: Difficult to master I've wanted to try this for a long time but am tired of the scams other brands selling in be advertised on social media. I saw this and decided to give it a try. I was surprised that it held the curls when a little product was applied before use. However, it is difficult to master. I can bend the left side of my head with no problem. However, I seem to have had issues with the right side where I had to rotate the tool away from my face. It kept opening up and letting the hair fall out of the tool so I had to redo the same section multiple times. I'll keep practicing and edit my review once I figure out the tricks.
