I was skeptical but the reviews were mostly positive. I have to admit that this "brace" is pretty awesome and worth every penny - compared to buying new shoes or something like that. I've had ankle/flexor pain since I first started exercising at Orange Theory Fitness Center when I was on the treadmill. I decided the problem was in the ankle brace and researched shoes, braces, and other items that would relieve the pain of running on the treadmill. I was looking at "support socks" but came across the AS1 Pro ankle support. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it - which is quite simple. You must read the instructions, otherwise there is no point in putting it on and taking it off and tying everything together. After using it twice I turned it off and it's very simple - and effective. 5 stars, highly recommended and would buy again.
