Montage is not bad, videos on YouTube helped with this. It took a while to get started because one of the stepper motor connectors wasn't fully protected (mine is bad). I did a few test firings and started gaining experience, so I tried engraving a photo. Halfway through the exposure, the laser jumped to 100% and wouldn't turn off. Now when the laser turns on it goes to 100% and doesn't turn off until I unplug the power cord. Sent a support request to see if they respond. **Update** I went to their website and submitted a ticket for an issue I was having. I got an answer the same day after asking a few questions and taking some photos of the motherboard. They determined the board was defective and a replacement was sent. The time from my first contact to receiving a replacement was 14 days. So far the new board is working well.
