downloaded software that took a few tries, the instructions are terrible. If I hadn't been a bit PC savvy I might never have downloaded the software properly. 6 attempts before it connects to the machine, then it will lose connection and try more attempts. I returned it and went down a much more reliable route with the ELM327 OBD reader.
