The customer support is great! They are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns related in some way of your business as well their own products/services they offer within Salesforce orgs like SFDC (Sales Cloud). I have not had experience using this product but from what i understand it's fairly simple software once set up properly which helps solve issues such has performance problems when trying run reports across multiple accounts / users at same time etc.. Nothing really comes too mind right now other than maybe an improvement would be more clear instructions regarding setup process - especially if having difficulty getting started due lack knowledge about how certain features work together e tc... We use sales force analytics along side our internal CRM system called "SfPulse" we were able fix many issue by implementing metapss into SFPulse via API integration however there was still.
