Order this to relax and as something sweet for my husband. Fits mostly. There's no support at all in the crotch, and unlike the picture, the buttons don't go all the way down, so you'll either have to take them off to go to the bathroom (among other things) or stretch them out. What bothered me the most was that he didn't stay in place, especially on his feet. You're relaxing on the couch and even moving around a bit, and suddenly you're wearing a thong. It rises very badly. Okay, so I'll probably tuck the elastic in my legs to keep it in place, but it's really uncomfortable. The fabric breathes well, the length is right. I'm 6'4, 250 pounds and I grew tall. A medium size would fit, but I have a long torso. XL would be too big.
