Damaged goods! - Welding Equipment and Supplies

It took me some time to learn how to use this flashlight. When I tried to fill the gas tank with butane, I couldn't either! The gas bottle in the burner kept hissing like it was full but when I tried to use it nothing came out it just hissed again! I've tried and tried and failed! Guess I'm unlucky who caught a broken flashlight! I know that now I can't return it and I can't get my money back for a bad product because I couldn't come to my project at the time. I am convinced that the torch is defective and cannot do the job I bought it for. Very disappointed ! I would not recommend this product!
