We ordered these speakers through Max and CO., LLC and installed them in our UTV. A speaker was defective. We even ordered a 3 year protection plan through Assurion who said to return as the purchase was made within 30 days. Contacted seller to return. We have returned and received an email saying there was a restocking fee since they were open and unable to resell. WELL had to open and install to see if they worked and you wouldn't resell if they were faulty or you would. But charge for refilling and one speaker is broken. That's not how you treat a customer.
