Review on 🎒 Targus CitySmart Backpack 15.6 Inch TSB895: Sleek & Versatile Travel Companion by Amanda Holmes

First of all I want to say that I like Targus backpacks. I used them in college and I use them for travel. My last backpack was stolen on a cruise last summer so I decided to get another Targus. I saw this one on the listing and it had everything I needed so I bought it. When I received it, I passed the normal test and the material was very good, but the main zipper kept sticking. On closer inspection, I noticed that the rows of teeth were uneven (see photo). Revain does a great job on returns and even better on replacements. A few days later I received my second backpack and passed the same test. To my surprise, I had another problem with the zipper. This time it had no tooth and jammed when opening and closing. Quality control is not up to scratch. Targus lost a long-time customer and I have decided to go with another brand. I wish I didn't have to write about this, but hopefully Targus can handle it.
