Fiction. A rigid structure is key.

Excellent. A rigid structure is key. The structure gives it a much more professional look than flex bags/bags without structure. A rigid structure is everything. As a result, the ability to stand alone is tremendous and will help you achieve anything. The structure of the outer pocket, which is based on a door/hinge, and the two upper pockets, which are well separated from each other, are also extremely positive. Gray + Black is a little strange, but that's a note. This package is way ahead of…

Please - Traveling Professional

This is by far one of, if not the best bag I have bought. As a professional traveler, I found my previous unbranded bag, arranged tickets/paperwork, passport, food, sunglasses, laptop (accessibility) and general layout. They did their research and development. I look forward to seeing how the bag holds up on my next trip but I'm sure the experience will be great. For the daily commute by car - the bag is excellent and of good quality. I would buy it again if there is no buy recommendation. A…

Zippers get an F for the grade.

First of all I want to say that I like Targus backpacks. I used them in college and I use them for travel. My last backpack was stolen on a cruise last summer so I decided to get another Targus. I saw this one on the listing and it had everything I needed so I bought it. When I received it, I passed the normal test and the material was very good, but the main zipper kept sticking. On closer inspection, I noticed that the rows of teeth were uneven (see photo). Revain does a great job on returns…

Pros
  • Looks good
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Pros: - Good bag in terms of build quality - Looks much more professional than a regular backpack; this is actually the main reason i bought it (i work in finance in NYC and my last backpack was wrinkled/looked out of place) - at first i didn't really like the look of the bag but it (in most ) has grown on me (see below where it doesn't) Cons: - Basically, I just wish it was *bigger*! Partly it's my fault for not paying attention to the size, but it's also partly the design of the case itself…

Perfect size for under seat use, excellent durability

Nine months of use, probably 180 days on the plane, in the cockpit and even on the road. Almost no signs of use. I really had my doubts when I first received it but I'm really happy with this bag. No complaints from TSA about the flat computer compartment, and it closes better than my previous bag (sometimes it takes a little help to detach the first 2 inches, but it springs open right after). a compromise between those huge military backpacks and undersized laptop bags. It even fits under the…

This is the most perfect business backpack I have ever enjoyed.

This is the most perfect business backpack I've ever had. It's the perfect size, looks so professional and never looks like it's stuffed full of gym socks like most backpacks no matter what's actually inside. be considered a personal item instead of the main carry-on, so easily fits under the seat and doesn't require an additional carry-on - this backpack paid for itself in almost a flight :) Where to start? The laptop compartment is perfect for my 15.6" laptop and the padding between the…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No automatic controls

I am having a very, very hard time rating this backpack. I like it a lot. I really have to give this rating 4 stars. It's almost perfect. But I'll give it a C for the cons below (and if they were corrected I'd give this bag a nine on a five point scale). So I hope Targus reads this review carefully. The first pluses: 1. The layout is IDEAL. Without exception the best layout I have ever seen in a backpack. This is the best bag yet that (a) allows a full view of each compartment, knows everything

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs
