Review on πŸŽ’ Targus CitySmart Backpack 15.6 Inch TSB895: Sleek & Versatile Travel Companion by David Holmes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect size for under seat use, excellent durability

Nine months of use, probably 180 days on the plane, in the cockpit and even on the road. Almost no signs of use. I really had my doubts when I first received it but I'm really happy with this bag. No complaints from TSA about the flat computer compartment, and it closes better than my previous bag (sometimes it takes a little help to detach the first 2 inches, but it springs open right after). a compromise between those huge military backpacks and undersized laptop bags. It even fits under the Embraer 135/145 "A" seat! Then, after takeoff, I pull it out from under the seat in front of me and use it as a footstool to lengthen the seat and regain my legroom. The shape is great for this type of use, but it can work even better if you put an air cushion on top. But even in such a "standing" configuration you can get to almost everything. Use the top two compartments for medicine, gum, glasses, things you reach most, etc. and you can easily reach them under the seat in front of you or while standing. Keeps its shape very well. Water bottles initially didn't want to fit in the side pockets, but the elastic stretches just enough to accommodate the bottle, not so much that they can fall out and fall out. I fucking stuffed this thing and it doesn't complain, it just takes everything and then it looks good. The main compartment has a slight stretch because the large main zippers that close the "lid" don't close completely. Or you can pull up each side of the main body about 3 inches and nothing will fall out if you are just lazy. I'd love to see a hidden zippered pocket somewhere on the outside, but it has so many internal compartments that it's really a bit of a nitpick.
